Nickel Alloy 201 Flanges are high-temperature, corrosion-resistant fittings made from a low-carbon, commercially pure nickel alloy (UNS N02201). With a nickel content of 99% minimum and low carbon (0.15% max), the alloy resists graphitization and intergranular corrosion above 600°F (315°C). Its chemical makeup also includes iron 0.4% max, manganese 0.35% max, silicon 0.1% max, copper 0.25% max, and sulfur 0.01% max. These flanges show excellent strength and reliability with a tensile strength of 67,000 psi (462 MPa), yield strength of 21,500 psi (148 MPa), elongation of 45%, density of 8.9 g/cm³, and a melting point of 1446 °C (2635 °F).
