With a tensile strength of ≥690 MPa, yield strength of ≥310 MPa, and elongation of ≥40%, they combine strength with good ductility. The sizes of our flanges range from 1/2″ to 48″ and they meet ASTM B564/ASME SB564 standards. They come in face types like RF, FF, RTJ, LJF, SMF, LMF and tongue & groove and are made by forging, heat treatment, and precision machining. Strong resistance to aggressive non-oxidizing acids, exceptional strength at high temperatures and pressures and resistance to corrosion cracking caused by chloride stress are some of their characteristics. They also resist localized pitting and crevice attack. However, they are not recommended for oxidizing conditions.
